Hi, We purchased the developer licence EE4, and we are trying to activate the mult-event-date functionality. And it keeps saying this only is available with the developer licence, which we’ve installed.
How do we get this active, so that we can create an event that will be run in 12 different cities, each city is on a different date. So that the attendee can select the event and choose which city/date they wish to attend, which will also provide them with the appropriate venue for that date/city.

It is available in the regular version of Event Espresso 4 and does not require a developer license. A developer license provides you with support for multiple WordPress sites (5 of them), whereas a personal support license provides you with support for one WordPress site.
One other point, an event does not support linking to multiple venues at a time. You could create an event that has multiple date times but you would only be able to select a single venue.
You’ll still be able to allow registrations by creating an event for each location/venue. Then add these events to a category. You could then add the following shortcode to a WordPress page:
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=”your_category_identifier”]
Then that page would show all events under that category and an attendee could click on the location for the event and complete registration checkout.
