Hello,

While the Excel file format isn’t supported, you can generate a guest list in a CSV which could then be opened in Google Sheets, Numbers, Microsoft Excel, Zoho sheets, etc.

Here is a video on how to use that feature which appears on the registrations overview page for an event:

And if you are not sure about something then you could try a couple searches from the support forums page here:

Nice. This gave me a list of approved / completed registations. Not the abandoned one. So if this is a event where customer have to pay for the tickets, them I assume that the CSV file only includes porple who have already paid for the tickets?

Also can we generat a list of abandon registrations?

Currently the CSV includes any Approved registrations (regardless of transaction status) and also registrations with a status of Pending Payment as long as the transaction status is anything other than abandoned or failed. So its not just ‘paid’ tickets but the user must have fully completed the registration to be included within the CSV, registrations with a transaction status of Abandoned did not fully complete the registration.

Also can we generat a list of abandon registrations?

There’s no export option for Registration with an Abandoned transaction but you can view them within the admin.

Go to Event Espresso -> Transactions.

Just above the list of Transactions you will find an ‘Abandoned’ filter, clikc that to view all abandoned transactions.
