How to download?

I purchased the EE4 Personal yesterday, but when I log in I get “This list is Empty” under Downloads and nothing under Keys… I was hoping to work on setting this up over the weekend, but didn’t think it would take so long to be granted the download. Am I missing something? Thanks!
