HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE ACTIVATION KEY ACTIVATED

I have been waiting for over 30 minutes trying to install the “premium” add ons. I have spent a great deal of money here and have no way of using this service. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO????
