Hi I have purchaced a personal license, please help

Hi

I have bought the personal license for $89.98 but cannot seem to activate my the Event Espresso from lite tp personal licence. I cannot find a place in the general settings to put in the “site licence key” and it sais “not active”

Please help

Hi Pieter,

Before you can activate the license key, you will need to uninstall the lite version of the Event Espresso software running on your website and install the paid version .

The first step is to deactivate the PayPal gateway in Event Espresso>Payment settings if it is active right now. Then you can deactivate and delete the Event Espresso lite plugin from your WP admin plugin dashboard.

Then you can follow the steps outlined here to install the paid version:
