Hi,

I have very little technical knowledge so please go easy with me.

48 hours ago I moved the WP database, domain and emails to GoDaddy

Since then I have had the following issues:

1 – I added new Dec dates to a recurring events series. this will sporadically appear and disappear both admin and frontend. At one point I had Firefox open – no events same time chrome showed the events!

2- clients are able to register and pay via paypal or paypal pro but no confirmation email goes to the client or reg confirmation to me (settings have not changed on emails this week)

3- I am filtering bookings manually by finding out attendees from today so i can email over reg confirmations, again the same issue, sometimes I go into event overview and where it says attendees it shows either Today(12) or Today()

4 – Im sure this is the root of the issue, on the support page the following details are all displaying as they are pointing to our old server:
WordPress Content Directory:
Event Espresso Gateway Path:
Event Espresso Template Path:
Event Espresso Upload Path:
Event Espresso Upload URL:

Randomly!!!!! they are literally now pointing to the correct server!

WordPress Version:
4.0
PHP Version:
5.4.16
MySQL Version:
5.5.37
Event Espresso Version:
3.1.36.5.P
WordPress Address (URL):

Hi,

Even though the site was moved 48 hours, the DNS servers may have still been pointing to the site on the old servers.

DNS typically updates within 1 to 2 days but can take up to 72 hours to complete.

I mention this due to your comment here:

Using Mandrill or Postmark App should fix the email delivery issues:
