Groupon/Spellbound dropbox download links no longer working

Hi,

Previously, support sent me this response:

There is some code that you might find useful that adapted the social coupons add-on to limit the usage that you might be able to modify and put to use. I’ll post a link to the DropBox files here:

These were developed by someone else who later offered to share the code. I hope that helps.

Those download links are broken now. We did an update to event espresso to the newest version which broke the social coupons for us. Should I not use the spellbound custom code anymore and change to the regular social coupon plugin or can you give me a working links so I can fix my installation.

I’ll pass this onto Josh the support tech that made the original post as those code blocks are not in our repository.

The download links that are broken now were originally posted in this thread:

The files were hosted on their Dropbox account and it appears they have since removed them.

While I do have a copy of the modified groupon add-on saved on my hard drive that I can share, I do not have a copy of their modified payment_page.php file. What you can do though is merge the groupon related changes from your old copy into the new version of Event Espresso’s payment_page.php.

The payment_page.zip is exactly what I need because the event espresso update changed it. Do you have that anywhere?

Right now no social groupons are applying on our website. Meaning every single groupon customer is getting over charged and very frustrated!

Hi Brad,

I do not have the payment_page.php file because we did not develop these modifications. If you did not take any backups of your site you may be able to contact your host and ask them for a backup of the site’s files before you did the update.
