Group Events into a Package – Register for Once for all events

Looking to group several events under one package, so when the user/customer registers for the package they are automatically registered for all the events under that package (or group).

Is this possible? Is there anyway to group events together to do this, so the user doesn’t have to select or add them to their cart one by one?

Thanks!

Hi Cam,

How are you today?

Take a look at step 1 here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-sell-season-tickets-with-volume-discounts/

Okay, Thanks…..this could work (have to test it) but maybe too much manual work for the required purpose…

What is being offered are packages of classes, usually about 12-14 (all required) per package. The classes/packages reoccur as quickly as every 9 days. So my thinking is it maybe to tedious to keep applying the event id each time for every package.

I will test it out to see how it works, but would there be anyway to have a group of events always attached and reoccur? Maybe in a category or something?

Similar to a shopping cart…..buying this item includes all these items.

Hi,

The ESPRESSO_CART_LINK shortcode outlined in the above documentation is the best perhaps only way to do it currently, barring customising the plugin.

I would maybe speak to one of our recommended developers about it – https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/
