We will soon be offering franchises of our concept and we need to figure out how best to manager this with our current set up with Event Espresso. We would like the franchisees to be able to copy the classes our corporate office enters into EE and then modify location, date and price. They will also have their own payment gateway. And they will also need to have access to their attendee’s information and manage their own events. Is this possible with one EE account or would each franchisee need to have their own? what do you recommend?

Hi Lara,

With your requirement for each franchisee to have their own payment gateway, they would need to have their own website with a separate installation of Event Espresso.

Josh,
What would you recommend for entering events? Since entering the events can be time consuming and at times complex we are hoping that the franchisees can copy or clone the events that the corporate office enters and then just modify location, date, time and cost. Will that be possible if each franchisee has their own EE installation? What do you recommend?

Hi Lara,

One option they could use is the import event feature for EE3:

This way they could start with a template that the corporate office gives them, then they input their prices, locations, and dates into the spreadsheet. Then import the events into their installation of Event Espresso 3.
