Event notification not being received via email

When a registration is completed for an event, we are not receiving the registration email. However, we do receive the payment conformation which I know that is outside of Event Espresso

By ‘on your end’ do you mean the admin emails or all emails?

If you register onto that event yourself, do you get the registrant email?

I assume you’ve checked the spam folder?

admin emails from the registration. just like the one you received, which we do not get. However, we receive all other emails in our email system

The spam folder is checked all day long

My mistake, the meail you recived is the email that the customer receives that details the class information. However, the company does not receive the registration email.

Right, ok, so email is sending then but not the admin email.

Starting with the most obvious, is your ‘Primary Contact Email’ still set?

Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Organizations settings -> Primary Contact Email.

Thats the email address EE uses by default.

If so install something like WP Mail Logging and re-register onto the event again, your looking to confirm if the admin email is being triggered (shows in the mail log) but not received, or the email simply isn’t being trigger at all.
