When a registration is completed for an event, we are not receiving the registration email. However, we do receive the payment conformation which I know that is outside of Event Espresso
My mistake, the meail you recived is the email that the customer receives that details the class information. However, the company does not receive the registration email.
If so install something like WP Mail Logging and re-register onto the event again, your looking to confirm if the admin email is being triggered (shows in the mail log) but not received, or the email simply isn’t being trigger at all.
