Error; Mailchimp

1. I am receiving this error. Do you know how to fix this: Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

2. When someone registers, with mailchimp integration, is their name supposed to go into our mailchimp database?

I am exporting those registered, making a specific group and importing into mailchimp. Mailchimp is reporting some of those names are not yet in the system.

Can you please clarify how this works?

Yes, Event Espresso will pass the attendee’s first and last name and their email address to MailChimp.

Some piece of this is not working. We are not getting all the registrants into our MC database, even thought I am choosing Mailchimp integration for every event. Mailchimp thinks it is on EE side. How do we fix this?

If some of your attendees are being added to the list but not others, it is likely they have not opted in when MailChimp send the confirmation email.

The attendees will only be added to the MailChimp list once they have confirmed they would like to do so within the opt in email.
