WP Version 4.0 Hello, When trying to edit or export registrations from our bigger events, the browser does not load the data and we get an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. Is there anything we can do to load these items? Thank you |
Hi John, is this happening with certain registrations when you try to edit them? Can you reach the contact editor or does it show the empty messaging before then? — |

Hi Lorenzo, This is happening on and off with the events with the most tickets when I try to edit them, and recently when trying to export the registration .csv for an event with 200+ registrants. I cannot reach the content editor when trying to edit these particular events, and get the error after a while of it trying to load the page. For the .csv, this also tries to load for a while, then I get a screen with the error message. Thank you! |
Hi John, Could you try raising the memory that is available to PHP? This can usually be adjusted through the wp-config.php file: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP If that doesn’t help, then your web host should be able to adjust this for you. — |

Hi John, Is your site hosted on GoDaddy? This may be a hosting issue where it’s limiting the number of requests, which Godaddy and some other shared hosts are know to do. You can contact your host’s support and ask them to whitelist your IP address. |

Hello, Thank you for your suggestions! We are hosting the site with Rackspace. I’ve tried raising the memory in both WordPress and in the .htaccess, and the I’m still getting the same error message. Is there anything else you can suggest? |
Hi, Could you try this workaround for exporting the information? https://eventespresso.com/topic/csv-report-download-problem/#post-119066 — |
