Conformation/ticket emails don’t send to customers when they sign up. We have an event this weekend and none of our customers received their ticket! I am ok with giving support my login details. Email me please @ matt@shift-s3ctor.com WordPress Version:

Yes we get other WP notifications like new comments. Not in spam, Like I said not one of our customers received a ticket. Godaddy is our host. It did work fine at one time. |
Hi Jason, One thing that may help is to change the “use fancy email headers” to its other setting (so if it’s set to yes you set it to no and vice versa) If that does not help, another thing you can do is send the email via a service like Mandrill.
