Hi Team,
iam not getting email after event registration. php mail() not working on my domain so how to setup SMTP to send emails.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity

Do the message show as sent there?

php mail() not working on my domain

May I ask how you have confirmed this?

so how to setup SMTP to send emails.

You can use any of the SMTP plugins available:

However you may want to look into a transactional email service, we have some listed here:
