Email notifications not working

We sproadically receive email notifications of event registrations. Started happening about 3 months ago, right after an update, we believe. Reading the support forum threads on this, there was mention that YOU have an add on to solve this? so far, we’ve tried the WP Smtp plugin but that didn’t work.

Hi There,

Yes. It’s called the PostMark & Mandrill Transactional Email Handling add-on. You can find it in the Pre-Release channel under your account (you may need to opt-in).
