Hello,
we have a problem with the email notification.
When a user registers for an event, he don’t receive the any email notification. This also happens when we change the registration status.
Could you help me?

Does the admin receive an email?

Is there an event I can run a test registration on?

The admin do not receive any email.

Hi Paolo,

If notifications are not being received by you or any registrants, then they may not be going out or arriving to the spam/junk email folder.

Could you install a free plugin like email log (https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/)?

Then try a registration or go to one of the messages in the messages editor and send a test email using this extra actions area. It appears in the right area of the message editor.

Then check the email log to see if those are being sent.

As a side note, do regular WP notifications work (e.g. password reset notifications)?

Hi,
we make some test, in any one notifications in working, indeed problably ther is a problem with the provider system.

For intermittent email issues like above we recommend using a transaction email service to send your email.

We have some examples of these services here:

The majority of the examples there have a free tier available.

It basically means you are then sending all of your sites email through their servers rather than your hosting provider.
