Email confirmations are not being sent out

When a user registers, the confirmation email is not being sent.

I have looked through loads of the topics here and tried several things and no joy.

Any suggestions would be good.

Hi Michael,

Could you let us know the version of Event Espresso that you are using?

You can find this information in your WP plugins screen within your WP dashboard.

Also, what steps did you already try?

If this was working previously and recently stopped working, then their may be a change with the local email server. We recommend that members use a transactional email service like Sendgrid or Postmark app to help with email issues:
