Hi, please update to the current version of Event Espresso 4:

Was the add-on installed through WP admin –> Plugins –> Add New –> Upload?

What happens when you try to activate it? Is there an error message?

If so, could you please copy and paste it here into your support post?

I have upgraded the EE to EE4.4.10 but still social sharing icons are not shown on event post or on registration. I have installed it by upload it through WP admin –> Plugins –> Add New –> Upload and it successfully upload and activated. But After activating It did not shows and options menu to to show sharing icons on event details post

Hi, the plugin does not create a new menu and it does not add the sharing buttons to the single event page.

It appears on the Event Espresso thank you page after a registration is completed.

Could you provide a link to a free event (e.g. a test event) so we can complete a registration and take a look?

Hi,

Did you already add your social links to the your organization page?

Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Your Organization. Once on the Your Organization screen, scroll down, and locate the Social Links options.

If you have, then please create and share a temporary login so we can take a look:

Hi there,

I can see that Lorenzo installed the social sharing add-on for Event Espresso 4. Please note that you can delete the old social sharing add-on for EE3. Along with that, you can go to Event Espresso > General Settings and optionally add a Twitter and Google+ account in addition to your Facebook account that you’ve entered.
