Hello,

on my site, it is possible to make a registration for an event and the only way to pay is by cheque.

So, the client print the invoice and send it with a cheque.

My question is : once the form submitted the client must received a sort of confirmation email and a copy of the invoice but, it is not the case at this time.

Nothing is send to the client or the admin of the site.

Is that normal ?

When, in the WordPress dashboard, in EE4 -> Messages, the “Test send” is working well.

Hi there Khoryolis,

A notification should be sent to the attendee/registrant and the event admin (creator or event).

Please try a transactional email delivery service such as Mandrill or Postmark app:

Hi Lorenzo,

Mandrill plugin solved the problem.
Thanks a lot.
