EE4 on multisite

Dear sirs,
I have just installed EE4 on http://tickets.ruhrgebietaktuell.de/events/sea-world-tickets-test/ and it is a part of multi site environment. I’d like to test it with free version and buy it since I’ll be needing templates and code printing.
All works fine except if I go to register now, it opens Attendee Information but after filling all needed info and Proceed to payment it reopens ?step=attendee_information page…
I have tried to turn off all plugins, check them and settings of EE4 but no luck. For caching there’s Wordfance where I have added exceptions on EE4 pages.
Any ideas?

Hi Miki, I was able to see the issue that you reported.

When you tested, did you temporarily turn off Wordfence via its own settings and then deactivate it through WordPress plugins?

Are there any other security-related plugins in use on your site?

hi Lorenzo,
there are wordfence and ithemes security. I tried switching them both off. However I had no luck with that. should I delete whole plugin maybe? are you able to login and check my wp instalation? it would be a shame if I can’t use your plugin because of the multisite situation.
thank you in advance.

Hi Miki,

Can you check to be sure the critical pages in Event Espresso > General Settings are set correctly? Make sure those pages have the correct shortcodes on them. Also, make sure that the shortcodes to now have pre tags before and after them. You can check this in the “Text” tab of the page editor.

Hi Jonathan,
I am not sure if I got you right…
So pages are set correctly:

And pages are having just shortcodes (no other code within page)

I am not sure what do you mean by “that the shortcodes to now have pre tags before and after them”??

Hi,

Thanks for the screenshots.

Can you check to see if any other pages have the [ESPRESO_CHECKOUT] shortcode please? (you can use the search function in the Pages > All Pages menu page)

Your screenshot shows the main checkout page as naplata, but the site is trying to use a page with the slug checkout-2 so there seems to be some confusion for the plugin as to which page to use.
