Hello,

As above. We have hundreds of attendees for few events now we have to export them and sort them by time etc. Haw can we do that in EE4? I was trying to fix it going to CHECK-IN section and then clicking registration csv report but this only freezes the whole website for a few minutes and nothing is happening at the end!

Regards,
Raf

Hi Rafal,

Could you try these steps?

Go to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Events.

Now hover over the name of the event and then click on Registrations.

This will take you to a page that shows only registrations for this event.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Registrations CSV button.

Does that generate a report?

OK, that works for all the event with 0-150 attendees but if there is more then 150
it is just freezing – I am getting blank white screen anter 2-3 minutes

Hi Rafal,

It *sounds* like to me that your server is running out of memory. What is your current memory limit and can you increase the memory allocation to PHP to rule that out?

See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

It 96M by record added to WP-CONFIG
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’ );

Hi Rafal, there is a workaround available that should let you retrieve the information. Could you let us know if this helps?
