I don’t know why you closed this thread for comments: https://eventespresso.com/topic/having-trouble-updating-the-events-calendar-add-on-click-here/

I have updated EE to 4.4.5p and I am still not able to automatically update the Calendar plugin. It states that my license key is not valid when it clearly is.

Hi Richard, what are the last few letters of the domain that needs to be reset or the last few values of the support license key?

Thanks

Lorenzo

Last letters of license key are: b75722bb9

Just to make sure I understand, in the thread I cited, you stated that the issue is resolved with the upgrade to 4.4.5 but that’s not the case. In addition to updating to 4.4.5 one must reset their license key. Yes?

I’m simply suggesting you make the instructions clear to every user because your Read This thread does not make this additional step explicit.

Hi,

Your support license key has been reset. Follow the steps in the confirmation email to reactivate it.

You should then be able to update the calendar to 3.2.
