e-tickets going into spam folders

Hi, we are finding that many of the e-tickets that get sent out are going into spam folders. Is there anything we can do about this?

Hi there Rachael,

I recommend taking a look at a transactional email service such as Postmark App or Mandrill.

Mandrill is by the team at MailChimp and offers a free option:
