Hi,
I am using Event Express version 4.10.29.p
I would like to add a dynamic question and wants to send it’s answer in the confirmation email. Basically, I am adding an additional field to get the Name in reservation form. I am able to add the question however I am not sure how to send answer of that dynamic question in confirmation email.
I have tried and use code referred in these forum discussions :

but both are not working, can you guys can help me out to provide me any guidance or updated/latest resource to do the needful.

Hi there,
Those threads link to the format we still currently use for those dynamic message answers.
So if your registration question’s ‘Question Text’ field is literally just “Name” then your shortcode would be:
[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*Name]
Or if wanting to use the Primary Registrants answer, it would be:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Name]
Which you use depends on what you are trying to do.
