Hello,
I am having trouble sending a custom registration approved message to the primary registrant. The primary may purchase more than one summer camp event. Each event has the custom summer camp registration approved selected within it. Only the default will send. Please advise.

Hi Diane,

It sounds like this only happens if they have two or more different events in one transaction? If that’s the case, that’s how Multi Event Registration is designed. The design decision was influenced by customer feedback where they said they wanted as few messages as possible (instead of many different registration approved messages at one time).

So if one event is registered for they’ll get the custom message for that event. If more than one event is registered for (only possible with Multi Event Registration active) then it sends one Registration Approved Message, and it uses the default template.

I can advise including the needed information for the events in the default template for the Registration Approved message (or links to pages that include the necessary information for each event).
