Confirmation emails from Event Espresso "from title" not web site title

Hi again,

Confirmation emails sent to our defualt Ev Espresso email have a “from” address of WORDPRESS, even though our site is currently live and features the name of the business.

We had to create a gmail account because for whatever reason when we set the default email address to any company emails, notifications from Ev Espresso do not make it to anyone’s inbox.  We tried many ways to fix this to no avail so we have opted for the gmail option.

Any insight on the problem?  Have you seen anything/heard of anything like this before?

Hi Megan,

There’s a setting that you can change that will make the email headers display the organization name. Please see this section of the documentation for more details:
