I did not receive the Event Registration Details email confirmation to myself for one of my events today. can you check to see what is the issue? I need to see these emails for various reasons so i need this fixed asap please. the email didn’t even generate when i check the WP mail log.
We don’t have any access to your site as EE is installed on your server, not ours and for us to log in and work directly on your site we would usually require a support token.
However, we can help troubleshoot this here on the forums.
You mentioned the email wasn’t shown in the mail log, can you see it in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity?
Did the registrant receive the emails and just you (as the event admin) not? Or was no email sent at all?
