Checkout page blank

Clicking “Register Now” no longer takes you to checkout sequence, but rather to a completely blank page.

Turned on logging and have three warnings:

Hi Matt,

PHP Warnings do not cause a blank screen like that. Have any edits been made to plugin or theme files since the time the checkout page was working?

Also, can you try going to WP > Settings > Permalinks then save the settings on that page?
