Changing Ticket Option on Order

Hello,
I am curious if there is a way to change the selected ticket once a order/transaction has been completed. Basically for situations when the attendee misses a course(event) or needs to change the course(event) they are attending. Since we offer multiple dates a year I would like to be able to reassign the ticket.

WordPress version – WordPress 3.8.1 running upScale theme
Event Espresso version – Event Espresso – 4.4.3.p

Hi,

Please backup your system and update to the current version of Event Espresso at 4.4.5.

Then go to the event editor and drag and drop the tickets. Then save changes to your event.

Thanks for the quick response Lorenzo. I did the update but I think you may be misunderstanding what I am asking for. I would like to be able to change a specific individuals order/purchase not the order they are listed on the actual event page.

Hi Heather, you can cancel the existing registration and then create a new one through Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of the event and click on Registrations.

On the next page, click on Add New Registration and then complete the registration. You may want to remove the option to send registration details (yellow box).

Then go to the transactions screen and add a payment for the full amount with a description of:

Event Admin – adjustment – switching ticket

Then you can send the new registration to the attendee/registration and apply the payment.
