Hi,

There are two broad ways of doing it:

1) Using CSS to hide elements and to change the design of elements.
One example of this is here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/hide-certain-elements-event-espresso-pages-using-css/
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/using-css3-to-style-links/

2) Use a custom template to change the order of the elements on the page.
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/build-custom-espresso-event-post-templates-genesis/
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-themes-templates/
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-conditional-tags/

Obviously it depends on your exact needs as to which way is better, and it may even need to be both.
