Cart behavior problem

When “Add to Cart” is acted on, followed by view cart:
There are 2 items of the same event shown in the cart.
The first one in the list is not used in calculating the total regardless of how many tickets are selected.
The second in the list does affect the total.

Please advise if this is a known configuration issue or a bug.

Hi ndaniel,

This is usually caused by modifications or template issues.

If you can post a link to the registration page we can take a look from there.

Can you try disabling the Volume Discounts Add-on for a moment and retry.

Hi Tony,
I just went through the enable/disable and even full removal & re-install with the same duplicate entries when the add to cart is done…

I see a post where events in more than 1 category are sometimes problematic with MER.
I’m afraid I’ll just have to deactivate the features and work it out later.
This would be a great feature, but it seems to have a lot of problems – I would vote that effort be put into stabilizing it.
