Hello,

We recently installed the Multiple Event Plugin and I can’t seem to get the Ticket Selector to display on the Events Page where we will have two events. It just shows links to their respective registration page. I’ve obviously set the events list page settings to display the ticket info but it’s just ignoring it.

I’ve also disabled almost all the plugins to ensure compatibility but I can’t seem to disable The Cherry Framework plugin that is used in conjunction with the theme that was originally built with the website. I think this is the issue but I’d really rather not have to change themes right now.

Here is the events page.

Hi there,

First let’s confirm your event list is set to display the ticket selector.

Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates.

Under the ‘Event List Pages’ heading, make sure ‘Display Ticket Selector’ is set to yes – http://take.ms/zOPup

Hi Tony,

Yes that is selected. I decided to make a blank page and throw the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] Shortcode in there to see what happens. That worked, but created a new problem. It displays the two events and their tickets on one page but when you add an item to the cart the pop up has a “Return to Events List” link that redirects to the default and broken Events List page that I linked before. This will obviously create confusion for our members.

Sounds like your theme is doing something strange on the archive output (the default /events/ list).

For the above issue you can change the URL that return to event list button links to using a snippet:

Change the URL returned by that snippet to whatever you prefer and add it to a custom functions plugin:

I’ll give this a shot, thanks Tony!
