Cannot configure payment gateways

I am new to Event Espresso and cannot configure the payment gateway. I just purchased Event Espresso 3 and I’m trying to configure the Quickbooks Merchant Services and Paypal. Nothing opens when I try to toggle any gateway. Using WordPress 3.9.2 on WP Engine.

Hi,

Please ask WP Engine to setup no-cache rules for your Event Espresso pages:

Next, download this plugin (https://gist.github.com/1afd180884f9c603d4f5) and upload through SFTP to this location:

wp-content/plugins

Then return to your WordPress admin and activate the plugin.
