Authorize.net AIM won't submit

Our Authorize.net AIM cc payment form will not submit and does not report any sort of error. We have checked our authorize.net logs and there are no incomplete transactions there, but the payment page just recycles to the thank you page reporting that the transaction is incomplete.

I have searched the forums and tried several solutions including the transaction page template with no success.

Can you help troubleshoot this or help me turn on some sort of error reporting on the EE side so we can get to the bottom?

Thank you,
Chris

Can you send us a link to your registration page so we can test?

I suspect it’s probably a jquery theme conflict, but I could be wrong. What theme are you using? Can you try the default 2011 or 2012 theme and see if the problem persists?

See the JavaScript Errors section: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#registration

Thanks Garth, sorry for forgetting the url: http://www.goodnessgracious.org/schedule/

I checked for JS errors, but didn’t see anything in chrome inspector. I tried switching to twenty12 but it still didn’t work. The theme is a custom one I build last october and should be running the default WP jquery.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi,

I have turned the logging on (General Settings – Use full logging?) and the log will appear in uploads/espresso/logs.

Can you run a few tests and email over the log file please?

I would also test without the Forced HTTPS (payment settings) off as well as on, as the only errors I am seeing are due to unsecure HTTPS requests.

Note: Remember to turn off the logging when we are done, otherwise you will end up with a very large file in your uploads folder.

Any update on this ticket? I emailed the log to that email address on March 12 at 500am MST time?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

We received login details on that date but no log file email. Could you resend it please? support@eventespresso.com

Hi Chris,

I checked your site and it doesn’t look like there’s an SSL certificate installed, either that or there’s something causing a redirect back to http when I try to type in:

https://www.goodnessgracious.org/

Is there a private SSL certificate set up for this domain, if so, can you check on what could be causing the redirect? Once you have a private SSL certificate set up, the main registration page should be set up to load as https since credit card information will be entered on the payment screen. Here’s a link to a tutorial that shows how to set this up:
