Hi,

Are the following plugins needed to run the latest version of WP with EE3 at all?

Hello Dolly
Jetpack
Akismet

They are currently deactivated. Can they be deleted from my plugins list?

They are not needed to run Event Espresso. You can delete them if you’d like to.
