Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time…

Hello,
I’m receiving this error message: Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.

But I’m only using the key on one site. Will this impact the EE plugin on the site that I need it on?

Hi there,

The license key does not affect how EE functions on the site, it is used for updates and support and will not cause problems if an ‘invalid’ key is used or even no key at all.

Having said that I can’t see any reason for the key not to work on your account so I have reset the key to see if that fixes it.

If you can go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key from that page and save the settings, then re-apply the key and save the settings once again does it work then?
