Your payment portal is not working, cannot purchase product

Check your purchase page, I hit purchase, button changes to “Processing” then back to checkout with not other action. Hit it like 4 times, still nothing saying product was purchased… Better not end up with half a grand of charges dumping on my card. grr

Sorry for your troubles. We will get you taken care of. What browser are you using? We recommend using Chrome or Firefox.

Used firefox, worked. ie and chrome both fail.

Hi Chris,

I only see one transaction for the Business License.

What versions of IE and Chrome are you using and we’ll look into it further. You’re on a Windows computer, right?
