Your form data could not be applied to any valid

Hi,

After I updated to the latest version the registration is not working. I get a response “{“errors”:”An error has occurred:<br \/>Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.”,”registration_time_limit”:”01:00:01″,”payment_amount”:0}”

Any idea what could cause this?

It started working again after one hour, I didn’t change anything.

{“success”:null,”registration_time_limit”:”59:38″,”payment_amount”:0}

Wired….

Are you seeing that information being shown as a notice after registration checkout on the thank you page?

Hi,

That information is the http response on the thank you page, I can see it in the inspect tool.

When that happens it is usually because there is an error being thrown on the server, breaking the ajax request.

If it happens again you should be able to see the error within the request if you enable WP_DEBUG and retest, or you can check within the server error logs to see if it is shown there.

Unfortunately without the error that is being thrown, or being able to reproduce it on the site so we can take a look we can’t provide any more specific information.

You could check that your site is not running out of memory as it is fairly common. Go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information.

Check the value for ‘wp_memory’ and post the value that is currently set there.
