I recently purchased and installed your software onto my site. Everything is set up but it will not process the registrations. I am getting an error message after Step 1.

I have looked through the support forums and I do not have any cache plugins running on my site.

Hey there,

I went to the link you shared, but did not get an error. I was able to go all the way through to the payment screen.

Are you still having issues?

My computer will still not process registrations but another computer on my same LAN is able to process them. I will be having people outside my LAN test the registration in the coming days and I will advise if we are still having the issue.

Hi, when you say LAN, is that something that is part of a corporate network? We had a couple reports of network firewalls causing some sporadic issues.

No corporate network. I work out of my house.

Hi,

I also ran a test registration on your site and didn’t see any issues.

I would definitely recommend testing the site outside of your network.

While your LAN isn’t corporate, the only time we have seen this issue is when a user was connecting via some sort of local network, corporate or otherwise.

We haven’t been able to pin down any exact issue for this, though we believe it is likely to be an over zealous firewall setting.

With one computer on your LAN able to process registrations, but not another, it is likely a localised issue. I would perhaps (temporarily) disable the firewall, or check the settings at least, for that computer and test again.
