I only have the plugins installed that are necessary to run EE. No caching plugins.
This error is a killer for our goalie camps. Recommendations?

Hi Daniel,

I only have the plugins installed that are necessary to run EE. No caching plugins.

Are you using any other plugins other than Event Espresso on the site?

It should definitely be able to run on its own. If there are other plugins, then please try temporarily deactivating them.

I did send through a test registration and did not experience any issues.

Is this happening sporadically?

If so, please try raising the memory that is available to PHP via your wp-config.php file:

thanks for the follow up. It is happening sporadically. I have the site parked on a 2gb ram vps with dreamhost. i’ve contacted them to ask about php memory limit. i’ve created a php.ini with a memory_limit of 256M – hoping that resolves it.

Hi Daniel,

That should definitely be more than enough to run your site with Event Espresso.

Are you able to reproduce the issue on your end or is this happening with a specific web browser?

Thanks

Lorenzo
