I’m having the same issues as others had. I tried the suggestion of removing my key from general settings and saving blank, and then resetting. No relief. I need to update a few things by Monday or Tuesday of next week for my client. Please help.

Hi I reset the licence key. Please remove it from your site, save the settings, add it back and re-save. If it isn’t resolved within 24 hours please advise.

Hi Dean – I did this with no relief. Do you think it’ll take a full 24 hours to resolve?

Hi Karen,

It looks like the stats are showing that the site is on 3.1.26.P? Is that the case? If so, it may require doing a manual update as the auto update code was refactored around .30.

After updating manually please be sure to request a reset key and we’ll reset it for free.

Hi there I updated. Can you please do the reset for me. Also, How do I add volume discounts?

Hi

The reset is done.

You can get the Volume Discount add on from the Pre Release channel – here is a guide https://eventespresso.com/wiki/pre-release-channel-guide/

The Volume Discount documentation is here https://eventespresso.com/wiki/volume-discount-add-on/
