i have the correct information and i see now way to contact support?so the way is to post on the forum?

I’ve reset your license key to try and resolve this notification. You can now add your license key into the License Key field of the General Settings page in Event Espresso.

IF that doesn’t work, let us know.

I still have some plugins that will not activate and we have the business license.

– calender & Ticketing..

Hi Erwin,

You say that these plugins wont activate? The licence should not affect activation. Are they showing an error when you try to activate them?
