On http://theasbestosinstitute.com/, I’m getting this message:
You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.
Requested reset, but it looks like there is a $10 charge for this. I shouldn’t have to pay to keep the plugin working properly. We went through this once before.
Please advise?

Hi Kerby,
You’re correct that you shouldn’t have to pay for the reset, and I’ve reset the key for you. Since you went through this before, may I ask if the license key had been set on a dev server prior to going live? If so, it may be pinging Event Espresso’s servers and would cause the error you are seeing. If you have Event Espresso set up on another server somewhere, this is fine, but the key should not be set there.
As an aside, the license key does not prevent the plugin from working properly, it’s only there for the 1-click update feature. All of the other features will work without the license key entered.

Thank you! The last time it was reset was the last time the plugin was updated, and the site was live at the time.
