I have an event that is showing that 8 of 10 tickets were sold, but I have 9 paid and approved registrations. I have already cleared the cache, so it isn’t that.
May I ask which payment method is currently in use on your site? Does it happen to be PayPal Standard? If so the fix for this is switch the payment method settings in Event Espresso > Payment methods to use PayPal Express instead. You can use PayPal Express with your regular PayPal account.
