Wrong number of available tickets showing

I have an event that is showing that 8 of 10 tickets were sold, but I have 9 paid and approved registrations. I have already cleared the cache, so it isn’t that.

The event link is https://www.ephemerapaducah.com/events/moth-needle-felting-workshop/ – but ticket sales have closed, so it’s not showing on the user side at this time.

May I ask which payment method is currently in use on your site? Does it happen to be PayPal Standard? If so the fix for this is switch the payment method settings in Event Espresso > Payment methods to use PayPal Express instead. You can use PayPal Express with your regular PayPal account. Yes, I’m using PayPal Standard. I will try switching it to PayPal Express. Thanks!
