Wordpress 3.7.1 I am using the Event Espresso Calendar widget on two of my sites, when I enter an event, the event shows up in one site no problems with the event viewable in the calendar, with a description of the event. In the second site, the event shows up as a blue highlight in the date fields which correspond to the event, but no words for the description of the event. I am using the same theme on both sites and have configured the same. How can I fix this?? Thanks in advance. Dave |
Dave, can you give us links to both sites? |
I would but there not online yet… |
I would post a couple of screen shots but it won’t let me… |
It might help to update to the latest version of the calendar. |
I’ll try that and get back to you. |
OK, I have updated WordPress to 3.8 and the plugins are still at 2.0.6.3 for Event Espresso Calendar and 3.1.35.L for Event Espresso Lite is there a newer version?? |
Oh Ya, still same issue |
I see there is event calendar 2.1 I will install that |
Ok loaded calendar version 2.1, now the blue highlights are gone but now there is a loading circle above the month name, but it isn’t loading… |
Oh, I lied, the blue highlights just showed up again, took quite a while though. |
Well I updated the other site to the same versions as the other one, now both are showing a blue highlight in the calendars where the events are, but no event descriptions… AUGGGGHHHH! |

Hi, Without being able to see the site, it is quite hard to figure out what is happening. It is possible that it is a javascript issue. Have you checked the console for any error messages? |
