Why do I have to manually deselect every ticket…

So when I am creating a new date & time for an event, once I create it I am asked to assign tickets to that event. I may only want 2 tickets assigned to that date so I have to go back through and deselect each event that I don’t want.

How can I deselect all tickets so that it is quicker?

When the event editor was designed we chose to select every ticket, every DateTime must be assigned to at least one ticket (and every ticket must be assigned to at least one DateTime) so us selecting a single specific ticket would mean we need to guess on the correct ticket to apply to.

How can I deselect all tickets so that it is quicker?

We don’t have an option to deselect all tickets so without custom development you can’t.

Selecting every ticket on the DateTime is done via JavaScript so you could add your own event listener to the create DateTime button click and do whatever you prefer at that point but that’s something you’ll need to create or have a developer create it for you.
