Hi Zach,

Decaf does not support Authorize.net, the premium version does though – https://eventespresso.com/pricing/?ee_ver=ee4

Hi Zach,

There seems to be some confusion here.

Authorize.net is included within Event Espresso 4 Premium but it is not included within Event Espresso 4 Decaf (the free version).

If you have a support license you can install EE4 Premium and Authorize.net will already be available within the core plugin.

So, to confirm, have you already purchased a support license? (For example the EE4 Personal License you mentioned)

OKay I am getting the license. I started out with EE3 and i have a calendar widget in which you can click on the dates and go to an event. upon upgrading and migrating to EE4 decaf the caledar stayed in place but now you cannot click on th days to go to the events. Do you know a fix for this? I am currently installing the EE4 Personal License version.

Can you go to Dashboard -> Plugins.

Can find the Espresso Calendar in that list and tell me the version number you are using please?

Hi Zach,

The EE3 calendar should not have been functioning with EE4, they are not compatible, so I’m really not sure why it remained in place, unless EE3 was still active?

The EE4 personal licence does not come with any addons, as stated in the pricing page (https://eventespresso.com/pricing/?ee_ver=ee4).

The EE4 calendar would need to be purchased separately – https://eventespresso.com/product/ee4-events-calendar/

2.2.6. This widget was free with EE3. There is not a free calendar widget for th EE4 i just purchased?

Hi,

The way the licences and addons are sold was changed for EE4.

The addons are now sold A La Carte (separately) unless the EE4 Everything licence is purchased.

Okay I have purchased it. One more thing. Is there any way you know of to change the price of an event based on if you are logged in as a user to the site? Trying to make it free when you log in via memberpress and 10 for those not logged in.

Hi Zach, you could create two events to handle the pricing and then wrap them in memberpress shortcodes. The first could hide the paid pricing if they are not logged in (e.g. public visitor) and the second could handle logged-in pricing.
