Hi,

I looked at your screenshot and I see that you have more than 27,000 registrations. It’s most likely that your server is under powered to do that type of searching through all those registrations. Has this happened on and off for a while and gradually gotten worse?

Who is your web host and what level of server are you running?

Do you know what the current memory limit is for PHP/WordPress? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

This happened when we transitioned to EE4 last week. I need to get this resolved.

When we try it on a local server, or dedicated server the same issue is prevalent.

Have you checked your PHP error logs?

Along with that, have you tried bumping up the amount of memory available for WordPress?

My error logs show nothing, but my host says this

Do you think 27,000 records is a lot? EE3 had no problem with this.
Should I upgrade to a dedicated server?

You don’t have any idea of what’s happening on the other website that are on that same server, so 27,000 records is probably too many for a shared server. I would recommend a VSP or dedicated server.
